  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (plus more for drizzle)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together pumpkin purée, cream cheese, maple syrup, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Place a spoonful of the filling on each triangle's wide end.
  4. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip and seal the edges gently.
