  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, microwave cherries for 30 seconds, then mash until juicy. Mix in chia seeds and maple syrup; refrigerate to thicken.
