  • 9 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
  • Fresh herbs: chives and dill

Instructions

  1. Place yolks in a mixing bowl and whites on a plate.
  2. Combine yolks with mayonnaise and softened cream cheese. Beat until smooth.
  3. Break egg whites into small pieces using a fork.
  4. Add egg whites, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, dill pickles, chives, and dill to the yolk mixture. Stir until fully combined.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and optionally garnish with paprika or herbs. Serve with chips or veggies.
