1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb Brussels sprouts, shredded
1 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp avocado oil
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
Optional: sriracha, sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and optional sriracha until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
In the same skillet, heat avocado oil over medium-high heat. Add shredded Brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Return the beef mixture to the skillet with the sprouts. Pour in sweet chili sauce and lime juice; stir until heated through.
Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
