  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce (divided)
  • 2 jalapeños (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lb thick-cut turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook the manicotti shells for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheeses, BBQ sauce (½ cup), jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stuff each manicotti shell with the meat mixture using your hands.
