  • 24 whole natural almonds (roasted)
  • 24 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

  3. Scoop out mixture into mounds on the lined sheet, pressing an almond into each mound. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes or fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  5. Dip each mound into the melted chocolate using a fork and let excess chocolate drip off before placing back on the sheet.
  6. Allow chocolate to harden at room temperature before serving.
